On 30 September 2020, the Chairman of EuroVast, Vincenzo Romano, promised and secured planning for the construction of an innovative LNG plant for his Cartiera del Borgo. It would have eliminated the use of fuel oil for heat generation, cutting down a source of pollution.
Today, EuroVast celebrates the arrival of a cutting-edge “Smart” methane generator, the second in importance among those produced in Italy.
“The real challenge for companies is to keep its commitments with the community. We are proud to state that the production of our plant has increased by 20%, eliminating our impact on the environment, a unique goal never achieved before by this plant which has been present here for more than thirty years”, states the Chairman Romano.
